SPOT ON AGILITY CONTEST
Authorization, Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement

Read this document carefully. By entering a Spot On Agility Contest you are indicating that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
In consideration for the right to participate in the Contest sponsored by Spot On Agility, LLC, I agree as follows:
RULES AND REGULATIONS - I acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the Official Rules, which can be found at http://spotonagilitydog.com/about/contests/ as well as all information contained in this Agreement. I understand that Spot On Agility reserves the right to limit participation or remove from the contest entirely any entry whose presence or message disrupts the Contest or endangers the health or safety of others, including, but not limited to dogs and other animals. I also understand that if I do not follow the rules of the Contest I may be disqualified.
I, or a parent or legal guardian if I am under the age of 18, am eligible to accept the Contest prizes if I am selected as a prize winner. I understand that taxes, if any, are my sole responsibility or a parent or legal guardian if I am under the age of 18.
RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION – In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the contest, I hereby agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Spot On Agility and its officers, directors, subsidiaries, members, agents, employees, volunteer staff, successors and assigns from any and all liability that may arise directly or indirectly, now or in the future, by reason of any injury, damage, loss or expense incurred in connection with the operation of the Contest and/or my or my dog’s participation in any aspect of the contest, including but not limited to any medical or veterinary costs incurred.
PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO RELEASE – I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner of all submitted media and that no rights to the submission have been previously granted to any person, firm, corporation or other entity. I also represent and warrant the submission does not violate or infringe any privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights or other rights of any person or entity. I authorize, without limitation, Spot On Agility to use film, photographs and written materials submitted and grant and convey to Spot On Agility all right, title and interest in any and all media. This grant will include but not be limited to the right to copyright, use, alter, and publish such media, and the right to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from the media. By entering the Contest, I here by waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the media, any materials that may be used in connection with the media, or the use to which it may be applied. All media submitted for the Contest become the property of Spot On Agility and may be posted on any website or social media channel affiliated with Spot On Agility.
I understand that the moment I enter any contest sponsored by or through the Spot On Agility website, I am stating that I have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms and understand that I am giving up substantial rights. I am entering this Contest freely and voluntarily, without any inducement or coercion.
