Sales, Taxes & Shipping Policies -


  • All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below for details.
  • All items are shipped via the US Postal Service and are calculated based on the receiver’s shipping address.
  • We generally ship items within 24-48 business hours (Holidays excluded).
  • All packaged items are handled with care and leave our facility in excellent condition. We promise!
  • Downloaded or computer files are generally sent in a separate e-mail immediately. Depending on the receiving server, delivery can take up to 24 hours.
  • If you don’t receive your items in a timely fashion, EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY (form below for your convenience)! We want you to receive your product and will take whatever means necessary to resolve the issue.
  • Why email? Honestly, we are often on the road attending agility and training events. Email allows us to keep and access electronic information no matter where we are and allows us to potentially assist during non-business times.
  • Products sold to Washington State USA residents will include applicable state sales taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy -


  • We offer same-product-exchanges within 21 days of purchase on any defective product. We simply ask that the defective product be returned to us within 10 days so that we can address any potential issues with our manufacturer.
  • Please contact us via the form below.
  • Downloadable items such as eBooks, podcasts, articles and forms for example are not eligible for refunds. However, we’d still like a chance to learn about the issue and see how we can work together if for some reason you’re not satisfied – so don’t hesitate to send us a nice e-mail (form below). After all, we may be able to help, offer an alternate solution or resolve the issue.
  • We stand behind our DVD products. If you’re not satisfied, email us! You can return the DVD and we’ll refund the cost of the DVD minus shipping and handling. We just ask one thing, please include a write-up detailing why the item is being returned – this helps us to understand how we can do better in the future. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Products that are received damaged are not eligible for refunds.
