If requesting a gift certificate, please be sure to include the following:
  • Your Name, full mailing address, e-mail & phone number
  • Amount of Gift Certificate
  • Recipient information (Full Name, mailing address, e-mail)
  • Other Information You’d Like To Share or a note to include with the gift certificate

Payment:  Once we receive your Gift Certificate request, we will forward an invoice which is payable via PayPal.  Once payment is received, the Gift Certificate will be mailed within 72 business hours.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Gift certificates expire 1 year after date of purchase.
  • Gift certificates can be redeemed for any Premier Canine Club Service, unless otherwise noted.
  • Please let us know in advance when redeeming a Gift Cerificate.
  • Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
  • Gift certificates and unused balances are not transferrable.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  • If an event cost exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, balances may be paid with Paypal or by cash or check.
  • When purchasing a gift certificate using PayPall, there is a transaction fee.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
