Payment can be made by mailing a check to the address listed on the Registration Form.
After signing up, you will automatically receive a Confirmation e-mail that includes a link to the Registration and Waiver Forms.
Forms may be either 1) scanned and e-mailed back; or 2) snail-mailed.
If you would like to pay by check, simply mail your payment to the address on the Registration Forms.
Your Confirmation e-mail (received after signing up) will also include final details for the seminar. This will be the ONLY e-mail you will receive, so please keep the information available.
